Short safer practices

Practices

These are educational exercises for orientation, observation, and preparation of a next step. They are not treatment.

01

Present orientation

Name the place, date, physical support, and several neutral details around you.

02

Symptom-context map

Record time, intensity, sleep, food, medication, load, and events without deciding the cause.

03

Jaw and shoulder pause

Reduce unnecessary effort gently without trying to force pain away.

04

Evening transition

Create a short, repeatable sequence from activity toward sleep.

05

Description for a clinician

Prepare a precise account of onset, change, associated signs, and steps already tried.

06

Support map

Separate what can be done alone, with close people, with a therapist, and with medical care.

A general sequence

  1. Choose one practice instead of trying to complete everything.
  2. Set a short time, usually two to ten minutes.
  3. Describe your state before and after without requiring yourself to become calm.
  4. Record what helped, what did not fit, and what next step is needed.
  5. Discuss repeated worsening with an appropriate professional.
